Brian Buffini came to the United States in 1986 from Dublin, Ireland, with $19 in his pocket and a wealth of experience painting houses. Leveraging his charisma, wit and motivational style, he began selling houses in San Diego County and became one of the top real estate agents in the country by seeking mentors and valuing good advice. He started his own mentoring and coaching business, Buffini & Company, to help other Realtors and independent business people develop their professional skills. His company has trained millions of people around the world and Buffini has one of the largest business coaching companies in the country.
